Return Policy
To help us keep our cost and our prices low, we require and appreciate your cooperation in honoring our return policies.We personally inspect all merchandise before it is shipped. If the product you receive fails to meet your expectations please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt. You will need a Return Authorization number (RAN) before shipping the item back to us. Returns without a RAN will not be accepted. Mis-shipments

Items damaged in shipping
We package all shipments as securely and reasonably as we can, but damage in transit may occasionally occur. If your package arrives showing severe physical damage to the shipping box, you may wish to refuse delivery. If you accept delivery and later find that the product inside is damaged, please keep the shipping box and contact us about the problem. We may require your assistance in filing a claim for damage with the shipping company.
